A downloadable game

Released on February 7th, 2025, on the Nintendo Switch, PS5, and PS4 RPG Maker WITH Player, A Murder In Buckfield is a narrative-driven detective mystery set in a small town in 1995. You play as a city detective investigating a brutal murder, uncovering secrets, and interviewing townsfolk in a richly detailed world.

About the Game:
This isn't a traditional RPG—there’s no combat or stat-building. Instead, the focus is on atmosphere, exploration, and storytelling, with a mystery that truly comes together by the end. You make contacts, collect clues, and gather testimonials. If you enjoy thoughtful, immersive experiences where some of your choices can shape the final outcome, this might be one for you.

Key Features:
✔ Seven unique endings based on your choices
✔ Ranking system to evaluate your detective skills
✔ Unlockable achievements and a bonus epilogue
✔ Highly interactive environments, rewarding thorough exploration

This has been a passion project of mine, and I believe fans of narrative-driven mysteries will enjoy uncovering its secrets. If you like RPG Maker games with a strong focus on storytelling, I’d love for you to check it out!
